由于公司业务需要,我公司计划以采购或租赁方式引进若干架直升机,其中海油构型的重型、超中型和中型直升机用于海上油气业务运营,同时需要多用途中小型直升机用于低空经济作业。根据机源机龄情况可接受3年以上长租方案,同时要求提供提前终止方案。直升机在供应商基地完成全部检查并具备交付条件的时间应不晚于2025-2026年第一季度。具体要求如下:
COHC intends to introduce several helicopters through purchase or lease. Among them, heavy, super medium and
medium-sized helicopters with O&G configuration will be used for offshore O&G business operations. Meanwhile,
multi-tasking small-medium-sized helicopters are needed for low-altitude economic operations.
Based on the age and condition of the aircraft, long-term rental plans of more than three years are acceptable.
At the same time, an early termination option is requested. We expect that the aircrafts to be ready for delivery
at suppliers’ designated maintenance facility no later than 2025- Q1 2026.The specific requirements are as follows.
海上油气运营作业所需的直升机出厂时间不早于2012年1月1日。
The helicopters required for offshore O&G operation manufactured not earlier than the 1st day of January, 2012.
海上油气运营作业所需的直升机应为空客直升机、西科斯基、莱奥纳多原厂制造的海油构型的H225、H175、
H160、S92、AW189和AW139直升机(7吨),至少包括救生筏和浮筒设备。
The helicopters required for offshore O&G operation should be the original manufactured by Airbus Helicopters,
Sikorsky and Leonardo, including the H225, H175, H160, S92, AW189 and AW139 (7 tons) in the offshore
configuration, which at least includes life-rafts and floats.
低空作业运营所需的直升机应为多用途中小型的双发直升机,最大起飞重量2-6吨,不限品牌,欢迎国内外知名及新兴品牌参与。
Helicopters required for low-altitude operation should be multi-tasking small-medium-sized twin-engine
helicopters with a maximum take-off weight ranging from 2 to 6 tons. There is no brand restriction. Both well-known and emerging brands from home and abroad are welcome to participate.
直升机在运行过程中未发生过任何导致直升机结构或飞行特性发生改变、需要重大修理或更换损坏部件的事故或事件。
No accidents nor incidents, which resulted in noticeable change in air-frame structure or flight performance,
vital repair or components replacement, occurred during its previous operation.
直升机和部件的小时或日历维护间隔需按照航空器或部件维护手册的要求执行。
All hourly inspection intervals and calendar inspection intervals to any applicable parts shall be in
compliance with requirements specified in Aircraft and Component Scheduled Maintenance Checks.
直升机在交付时需处于适航状态,所有适航指令、必做服务通告已全部完成。
All airworthiness directives and mandatory service bulletins shall be accomplished and the proposed
helicopters shall be recovered to be airworthy upon delivery.

1. 供应商的营业执照、商业存续证明或其他证明供应商法律地位的官方文件;
Business license, commercial certificate of existence or any other applicable official document
indicating supplier’s legal status.
2. 证明供应商为直升机所有权人,或证明供应商为直升机所有权人的授权代表、经授权可代表直升机所有权人处置直升机的证明文件。
Official document either proving supplier’s ownership to the proposed helicopters, or proving
supplier is the authorized representative having legal rights to dispose the proposed helicopters
on behalf of the owner.
3. 直升机的基本信息和报价文件;
Basic information of the proposed helicopter and pricing documents.
4. 直升机配置清单以及维护记录、直升机状态情况;
Specification and up-to-date maintenance status report of the proposed helicopters.
5. 直升机STC重要改装情况;
A list of modifications or designs with which supplement of type certificates (STC) were granted
by FAA/EASA or counterparts of other countries if applicable.
6. 直升机的目前的占用情况以及采购/租赁协议签订后的交付计划(含预计交付时间和交付地点);
Availability of the proposed helicopters and delivery schedule upon signing of purchasing/leasing
agreement, including expected dates and location where the helicopter is ready for delivery.
